CONTROLSTRU

ControlSTRU aims to perform all the control and management of the manufacturing and assembly processes of metal structures, both onshore and offshore. Based on engineering information, quality control, planning and contractual requirements, the system identifies what is applicable to each item to be controlled, automatically generating the sequencing of production and inspection activities.

All field data is collected via mobile devices, ensuring traceability and agility in the process, which, after verification for compliance, allows the automatic generation of technical and management reports.

​

All these facilities generate gains in operational efficiency by facilitating the coordination, monitoring and execution of activities, in addition to promoting significant cost reduction and mitigating rework.
